All of our lots are approximately ½ acre in size and are serviced by the Edelweiss Co-Op water system. No wells needed. Each lot is for one residential single family home. Lot prices starting at $85,000 depending on the topography and location of the lot.

Requirements
House plans are to be approved by the corporation before the building of the house to ensure real estate value is maintained.
